Objective: Place all the cards in the deck to build the four
suit stacks in ascending order, beginning with the aces.
Rules:
· The game consists of eight piles of cards, called the Tableau. Positioned above the Tableau are four free cells (located to the upper left) and four Foundation piles (or home cells) located to the upper right. In order to complete the game successfully you must build up the four foundation piles from ace to king, with each pile containing a different suit. The foundation piles begin with an ace and then the two of the same suit can be place on the ace and this method continues until the king is placed.
·
The top card of any Tableau pile can be moved to a Foundation pile,
if possible. The top card of any Tableau pile can also be moved
to any Free cell however each free cell may contain only one card
at any given time. Cards that are contained within the free cells
may be transferred to the tableau pile or foundation pile
·
Only the top card of any of the eight tableau piles can be moved.
·
The tableau piles are built down by alternating color. For example,
a red 4 could be played on a black 5.
Scoring:
·
You will recieve 3500 points at the beginning of each game. Each
subsequent card that is repositioned or attempted to be repositioned
to a location other than the home rows will subtract 10 points from
your starting score.
