Australian pop singer Dannii Minogue started out as an actress, working on the TV shows SKYWAYS (alongside her elder sister Kylie) and then HOME & AWAY. The latter show's popularity in the U.K. led MCA to license the young singer's debut album, LOVE AND KISSES, from the Australian label Mushroom. NEON NIGHTS (2003) marked a departure from the dance-pop of her earlier albums and incorporated elements of electro, R&B, and house. Although she hasn't eclipsed the iconic status of her sister, she has fostered a successful career in her own right.
