How Do You Talk To An Angel
by The Heights
This US band featured cast members from the television show The Heights, which ran for 12 episodes in 1992 on the Fox network. The show, created by Aaron Spelling, followed the exploits of a group of teenagers attempting to break out of their mundane existence by becoming rock stars. The real-life members of this fictional band were Jamie Walters (b. 13 June 1969, Boston, Massachusetts, USA; vocals), Alex D‚sert (b. 18 July 1968; guitar), Cheryl Pollak (saxophone), Charlotte Ross (b. 21 January 1968, USA; guitar), Zackary Thorne (keyboards), Tasia Valenza (b. 5 April 1967, New York City, New York, USA; vocals), Shawn Thompson (guitar/vocals), and Ken Garito (drums). One of the songs drawn from the show, "How Do You Talk To An Angel", reached the top of the US mainstream charts in November 1992. Unfortunately, this success was too late for the show which was cancelled a week later with one episode still unscreened.
